A missing model in the directory means there is no listed example. It does not mean that BuggyBoard cannot fit.

A useful starting answer

“BuggyBoard is designed to fit most pushchairs. Let's look at the rear frame, brakes and space, then check the examples for your model or a similar chassis.”

Identify the complete combination

Record the exact pushchair model and year if known, BuggyBoard version, seat direction, recline, carrycot and whether a Saddle will be used.

Look for an existing example

Use the recorded result and all its restrictions. Compare the photographed frame with the customer’s pushchair; a shared model name is not enough if the revision differs.

If the model is missing, check the chassis

Show a similar frame style. Discuss accessible attachment points, board positioning, brake and wheel clearance, child space and pushing space.

Keep uncertain points visible

Do not convert a similar example or a successful checklist into a model-specific tested result. A recorded non-fit is different from an unlisted model.

Help the customer get a clear answer

If the frame, brake, folding or Saddle arrangement remains unclear, gather rear, side and attachment-area photographs and refer the complete combination to Lascal support.
